OLL is constantly looking for any feedback or suggestions from parents of the league to be able to provide the best environment and league for all the players.  Hardball meetings are held once a month and led by the VP of baseball.  The meeting is a casual town forum like discussion.

Any and all baseball parents (from T-ball to Majors) are welcome to join and participate or simply sit in on any meeting to hear what is being discussed.  At the meeting, you will also have the option of becoming a member of the Hardball Board.  As a member of the Hardball Board, if you attend at least half of the monthly meetings from December through June, you will be eligible to vote for post season managers for the 10u, 11u and 12u district teams in the event of a contested position.

Potential topics for discussion include: regular and/or postseason rules/regulations and timeline, opening day events and activities, umpiring decisions, fundraising ideas, field improvements ideas and progress, clinic options and managing/coaching ideas.

OLL Executive Board Meetings are held once a month and consist of members of the Executive Board.  The management of the property and affairs of the local league shall be vested in the Board of Directors.  Topics discussed or funds requested at Hardball Board and/or Softball Board meetings may be brought to the Executive Board for approval.
